The casino hosts (especially RJ) really make you feel like they appreciate your play. The entire staff at Horseshoe is friendly, professional, and seem truly willing to help. These machines require a $45 "coin-in" for one credit, while you can find ones on the first floor that only require $10 "coin-in". Generally, they are very fair with their comps, with the exception of the video poker machines on the second level in and around the high limit area. It also means that rewards (comps) that you earn for your play can be used at any of their other properties in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, or anywhere else in the country that they have casinos (and vise-versa). This gives them a huge advantage in marketing, promotions and operations. Horseshoe Baltimore is part of the Harrah's / Caesar's Total Rewards Network.
